Visitor Management Workflow System

The Visitor Management Workflow System is an internal approval platform built with Blazor Server. It is designed to streamline processes such as visitor access requests, exit permissions, gate pass management, and construction safety permit workflows.
Implemented using the robust open-source CleanArchitectureWithBlazorServer foundation, this system ensures maintainability, scalability, and a clear separation of concerns, making it ideal for enterprise-level workflow management.
Form Workflows
- Permit To Work (PTW): Manages applications for work permits, ensuring safety compliance for contractors and internal maintenance.
- Visitor Request Form: Streamlines the process for employees to request access for upcoming visitors.
- E-Gate Pass Request Form: Digitizes requests for authorizing the movement of items or equipment in/out of the premises.
- Permanent Property Pass Request Form: Handles requests for items that need to be permanently removed from or brought into the facility.
- Door Access Request Form: Manages requests for granting or modifying access levels to secure areas.
- Key/Lock Request & Issuance Form: Tracks requests for, and the issuance of, physical keys or access to locks.
- Video Surveillance Request Form: Manages requests for video footage retrieval, live access, or the installation of new surveillance equipment.
- Employee Leave Pass (Working Hours): Formalizes requests for employees needing to leave the company premises during scheduled work hours.
